James T. I had knee pain for years and multiple knee injuries…so bad I blew out my knee walking down the stairs. I had instability and chronic pain in my knee joints and lack of mobility for 20 years. I mentioned this to Dr. Vera and she did some sort of technique in three visits and low and behold I haven’t had any knee pain since. I have flexibility, strength, balance, and can do all sorts off exercises with my knee I haven’t been able to do in forever. It’s like magic…magic Vera. I would recommend Dr. Vera in a heart beat to anybody. She's very good!
